A realization that most challenges I face are not unique. SOMEone out there has faced the same thing or something similar and has probably documented it. I can learn from their experience - and their mistakes.
A strong understanding my thoughts and opinions are not validated by dismissing alternative views. If my beliefs can't stand on their own against questions or scrutiny, I should doubt my assumptions and search for truth.
A mindset that reminds me that when I can't do something, it's because I can't do it YET.
An unrestrainable enthusiasm for sharing what I learn.
