GoToMeeting history shows I spent 601 minutes online today doing pro bono resume creation. 10 hours. Two people, one 303 minutes and their resume is done, the other 298 minutes and we are scheduled for a second meeting tomorrow. I'm tired, but also overwhelmed with humility. and awe. Not exaggerating. I see someone or even talk with them a bit and then BLAMMO. History. Depth. Resilience. Growth. Insight. People just don't open up like this everyday. (I don't take it lightly or for granted.) We devalue what we are good at. We underestimate our potential. We can't see our opportunities. Discouragement is a powerful paralyzer.
