I’ve been denounced for sharing - and even listening to - black conservative voices, with some of the main criticisms being that
(1) there’s only a few, so they don't count,
(2) they're mostly celebrities, and therefore aren’t credible,
(3) I shouldn’t give them my attention,
(4) I shouldn’t acknowledge their personal experiences or education as valid, and
(5) I shouldn’t include their opinions in all the information I process about race relations.

If I do these things, I’m either ignorant, easily deceived by propaganda, racist, bigoted and/or I need to “check” my white privilege. or the most overused, inarticulate accusation of all: I’m a Karen.
